Welcome back Celtic. Where have you been?
Celtic firmly clicked into gear this afternoon with an impressive performance against Livingston in our first league fixture after the split.
Though there’s little at stake in terms of the league, an important Scottish Cup tie with Rangers awaits next weekend and John Kennedy’s players will be brimming with confidence after a clinic display at Celtic Park.
Celtic were in full control from the first whistle and gave the kind of performance that’s been missing all too often this season.
Returning winger James Forrest continued to show us what we’ve been missing with another solid performance which included the opening goal, though there was cause for concern with him having to leave the field of play early with a tight hamstring.
Moi Elyounoussi also showed what he’s capable of and many fans will be hopeful that Celtic can keep a hold of the talented Norwegian for next season.
Tino and Sinky took to the mics shortly after the final whistle to discuss all of the key talking points.
