In the bigger picture we can all make our peace with eight wins and two draws from Celtic’s opening ten league fixtures. Results which see us comfortably out on top in the Scottish Premiership table.

However the stalemate at Easter Road was frustrating, not just for the result, but as much for the options – or lack of – that Brendan Rodgers had at his disposal when he turned to his substitutes bench.
