A tough night in Germany tonight as Celtic lost out to a good Leipzig side on matchday 3 of this season’s Champions League.

A Jota equaliser shortly after the break gave us reasons for hope but in the end we conceded two more goals to lose out 3-1 on the night.

We were on the positive end of a couple of VAR decisions with Leipzig having too goals (rightly) chalked off, but a bad mistake by Joe Hart at a crucial time saw the Germans take the upper hand in the game.

In worrying news, Callum McGregor was unable to see out the first half after picking up a knock with Ange stating that it “doesn’t look good” for the captain. Hopefully we hear more positive news on that in the coming days.
