Celtic head to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium for Matchday 6 of this season’s Champions League as they get set to face holders Real Madrid in our final game of the campaign.

Our hopes of European football post-Christmas were dashed by last week’s 1-1 draw with Shakthar Donetsk so whilst there’s nothing to play for in that respect there’s still the potential of notable prize money and co-efficient points should we be able to take a point (or three!) on the night.

Ange Postecoglou will also be keen for his players to show that they can compete at this level and on that note we’d expect him to field a fairly strong line up as we prepare to play our first game at the Bernabeu since a European Cup Quarter Final way back in March 1980.

There’s no such thing as a meaningless game when it comes to Celtic and tonight is no different as we once again go toe to toe with Modric, Benzema and co.
