CELTIC head to Dingwall for Matchday 2 of the Scottish Premiership season and will be looking to follow up last week’s opening day win v Aberdeen with another 3 points. The game kicks off at the relatively rare time of 3pm on Saturday at the Global Energy Stadium.
Reo Hatate joins countryman Yosuke Ideguchi on the injury list for this one, but hopefully the young midfielder will be back in action before long. His absence does present an opportunity for one of his team mates to step up and the smart money would be on David Turnbull getting the nod after his impressive appearance from the bench last week.
From Ross County’s point of view they’re looking for their first points of the season after a narrow 2-1 defeat by Hearts last weekend and with home advantage will be doing all the can to get something from the champions.
Their 6th placed finish was well deserved last season and they’ll be keen to improve on that in the season ahead.
